Defender Direct can implement a four strategy-culture for solving its problems: Diversification of Products: Defender Direct can add additional products in its portfolio in order to increase revenues. Additional products can be other alternative brands for security solutions and in addition to the satellite TVs it can add Direct TVs or other satellite TV services. Product Expansion: Second Alternative for Defender Direct is to add additional features and services to its existing products. This will allow it to work in existing market and will allow it to address new market changes and will provide opportunities for increment of profits. Expansion of Business: Another Alternative that Defender Direct can use is business expansion to other Areas or countries. It can expand its business to the new market. It will require planning of new market strategies. It can select the markets where the products demands are high and suppliers are lesser. It should plan for identification of new regional and national market, growth opportunities there are proceed to expand the business in those markets. Implementation The suggested strategy as we already explained will require and extensive marketing planning. There will be requirement of new staff and management for new locations. There will then be implementation of customer service to support the additional clients will be needed. After initial setup, Defender Direct can increment the marketing staff and sales staff and transport services if required. Recommendations Looking into the requirements, our recommendation for Defender Direct is to keep focusing on the growth of the organization. Second recommendation will be to continuously look for new expansion opportunities in current as well as new market, maintaining a good brand name and reputation in market and amongst customers.
