Under stress a person is more conscious about the things he/she is doing. Decisions taken under stressful situations are more reasonable as we analyze every single possibility of a particular such when under stress. Stress is not always negative it has its own benefits. But sometimes it proves out to be dreadful as some people are not strong enough to with stand stress. People can take various measures just to ignore stress as it is completely unavoidable. We can only by pass it just by diverting our mind to some other things which can give us a relief. Stress can be classified in many different types like stress at work place, stress at home. Everyone faces stress in life or we can say it is a unavoidable part of our life. Let’s take an example of stress at work place. In a drug store an employee has to take care of his/her daily targets along with taking care of the medicine he/she is about to give the patients. There is always a pressure in employee to make as many as possible packs of dose for patients keeping in mind the doses are accurate. Here an employee faces stress of performing his/her duties more quickly taking care of the medicines he/she is preparing for the patients. If we talk about the positivity of stress in the above example; employees becomes careless and lazy if they don’t have the pressure to complete it quickly. To minimize the stress level people tries to do different things for example; exercises like yoga and meditation. Some finds relief in visiting old age homes or helping others. This gives them satisfaction and reduces the stress level. Stress at work can be reducing by managing your work properly.
