While reading the book there soon appeared different factors to finding happiness. The essential factors to finding happiness are to have purpose and meaningful relationships in life. Having purpose adds meaning
Not many achieve happiness in their lifetime. Either they do not live long enough to witness it or they are not prepared for what their happiness is. Happiness is very subjective. Each person’s version of happiness is different. This version of happiness is universal.
As Shadyac explains, today many people are searching for happiness in all the wrong places. Some are searching for happiness by material objects, money, and approval from others. However these individuals are not aiming for something that will truly give them happiness. According to Aristotle, happiness is the “meaning and purpose of life, the whole aim, and end of human existence.”
Happiness is a very difficult thing to achieve. People can be temporarily happy, but true happiness comes from living life to its full potential. For example, people always tend to be stuck at work rather than enjoying nature and enjoying the view of life outside. Spending quality time outside and viewing what nature provides gives a feeling of hope and happiness. The world is beautiful, but we never take the time to appreciate any of it.
Happiness is essential to have a successful life. According to BerkeleyWellness.com, “Researchers think of happiness as having satisfaction and meaning in your life,” meaning that if you know what you are doing with your life and that you are satisfied, include that you happy. Happiness is the ability to have positive emotions or the ability to overcome a negative outcome. Being with friends and family, relaxing, and sleep amplifies my happiness. Happiness to me, is a state of continuing mind because if you keep a positive mindset you will be more happy.
Some people go through their entire life not knowing what happiness is. If one can’t live happy, then why live at all? Just be born, survive, reproduce, and then die? No, happiness is necessary in everyone’s life because it gives us meaning, motivation, and can be a goal. It is something that everyone should strive for.
What even is happiness? I mean happiness can make a lot. Some take it different ways. Some think, love, family, anything. Happiness is a key to have.

With such a broad definition, it is true that a person could be happy about almost anything in the world. Happiness is not something that can be measured or exchanged. Instead, like other immeasurable entities, it is something that cannot psychically be grasped in hand.
Happiness is the state of being content. It’s one of the many emotions a person will feel throughout their life. They always say if you’re not happy what is the point? A person’s happiness occurs by different external situations but also internally. Happiness occurs through wealth, love, freedom, achievement, and food to lead a fulfilling life.
Happiness People have a different understanding and perception in relation to various concepts and terms. One such controversial concept among different individuals is Happiness. Some people take happiness as the start point of greatness while others take it as an end goal. Additionally, people express happiness in different ways. Happiness as well as its sources have been perceived and defined by various individuals based on various perspectives such as religion, philosophical, biological, and psychological.
It is a cliché though, to say, “no one can make us happy”, or that “we alone can make ourselves happy.” Happiness is not merely about the personal desire to be happy, but also about how we contribute to the happy or unhappy state of others and vice versa. 43. The loss of investment, or employment, or material possessions may cause a person to be unhappy though the unhappiness might be temporary. Some may have the financial means to overcome these circumstances.
No concrete evidence can be put forward. For some, wealth, beauty, and power are not happiness, while for others, driving a Ferrari or go on TV represent happiness. Love, friendship, pleasure surely are components of happiness. But these elements are deeply abstract. We really don't know what can lead us to our happiness.
Happiness is all around you; it is not hard to seek because it is everywhere, but you can easily miss it if you don’t stop and enjoy it. The study of happiness goes back hundreds of years. Socrates studied it and discovered that through human effort happiness is attainable and teachable. Also, if the soul learns to redirect from physical pleasures to virtue, then it helps lead a person down the road to true happiness.
Happiness can be viewed from many perspectives. Individuals display their happiness in countless ways, could be having someone to speak to on good and bad times, happy relationships, passing an exam, having your loved ones alive and healthy can be happiness to you the list goes on. It all comes down in the way you view things in life. In my opinion it is about the energy you display or attract. When you give off positive energy into the universe you attract positive energy in return.
If you know the tools for happiness, then you’ll make it work like magic Happiness might be in the smallest of the things but sometimes the material things won’t give you permanent feeling of joy, you might be happy with those things for a shorter time but it won’t be long lasting. Just as learning new skills requires effort, you will have to strive and work hard to achieve real, long lasting happiness. 2. If you are satisfied with everything you’ve, you might lose the motivation to achieve more and be more happy Happiness is something that boosts up your energy.
