Poverty what is it?

Poverty what is it; is it a human need or right; does every person need it; how does a person get into poverty? All good questions yes, and will be answered in good time as well. First, the definition of poverty is the state of being poor with no money and no way of helping yourself live with everyday needs (dictionary.com). Now that is that, how do you get into poverty is a major question that no-one person knows the answer to, there are many ways such as going into debt, child before marriage, not a good job or being robbed. All of these could be a way of going into poverty but there are infinite of ways to get into poverty and so many less to get out. This is a very simple one to explain and its good with an example, you get a coupon for a free soda that is a soda voucher. A housing voucher is a coupon for a free or discounted house for those in poverty. If the government is to put a low-income family in the center of a high or even middle-income area of living, the expected thoughts are they will cause damage to the area or even theft. (InfoBase) People really think that putting a person into a better neighborhood is going to get people to work. No it’s going to make them fell everything is given to them and that they don’t have to do anything about it. Also they are going to be the people that stand out on the street because they are probably not going to take care of their house, it’s going to look like crap it become devalued. It is the same thing with public housing; Public housing the idea that comes to mid is the government paying for houses for low-income families. Normally African-American families, Single parents, disabled peopled and elderly, all of these people are trying to live life but can't, so in the end the government ends up paying for the rent for the house or apartment. They keep the people living in the same area so they become a place that people don't want to live but the people living there still don't move out. The government can’t control the businesses due to a free market system, the internet providers can sell the Wi-Fi for any unreasonable or reasonable price that they see fit. Any ways if the persons does own a computer or phone that needs internet that they can’t afford, there are many alternatives. (InfoBase) Some of the alternatives could be is going to the library where there are free computers and internet, cafés and dinners or other local places that provide free Wi-Fi.
There is also one other way around this is you qualify for reduced or free lunch at a public school (this means you need to have a child). The Wi-Fi is $9.95 a month but you must fit the four pieces of criteria
• be located where Comcast offers Internet service
• have at least one child eligible to participate in the National School Lunch
