Everyone has his own understanding of success, probably based on his own experience. As we are approaching the end of the year, it’s the moment when everyone decides to take the new "resolutions" for the upcoming new year. But what is success? It’s a very pertinent and relative notion. According to the Webster dictionary, “success is what happens, good or bad, as a result of an act or an initial fact”. Usually, we rarely hear of bad success; it is more of a happy result, a favorable outcome of a decision, a business or a sequence of events. Success is synonymous with triumph. In other words, who says success means there have been a previous research, an aspiration, and then the desire to get a result. So, success is the positive end of an active process leading to this outcome. In this case, success belongs to the individual or group that has made every effort to get it.
