Doss went through many trials in life, but by the work of God, everything fell into place.
Deardevil is a hero whose name is matthew. He grew up in Hells Kitchen with his father who is a boxer, nicknamed Jack "The Devil" Murdock was a contender. Matthew had an accident as a child that left him blind, but four other senses increased functionality that makes it easy to do things like normal people. After the accident matthew and his father did not give up on the circumstances, they promise to pursue ideals.

While watching this movie Ray Kinsella, the main character he was on a journey or quest to please the voices that were telling him to “...build it and he will come.” His journey throughout this while movie was to please the voice telling him to do odd things that he had no clue what to do. With enough small clues he ended up figuring out what to do. Ray Kinsella shows many traits of an epic hero. In fact, he shows all of the traits in the slightest ways or even in the boldest ways.
Living Life as a Savage Most people may see heroes as positive aspirations in life. Majority of heroes is known for saving lives and earning respect from the community. Heroes are people who are admired for their courageous deeds and noble qualities. Every hero does not have to be an admirable person with good intentions.
Heroes in our society are revered and respected as Joseph Campbell reminds us: “A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself” (Joseph Campbell). Heroes exist in all societies and throughout history. Maybe they are not always on the news or from the movies, but their words and their actions never fail to resonate across their feats. A hero gives of himself and dedicates himself to causes which better others and their society unlike individuals who are self serving, greedy, and cruel.
Desmond was the guy to to save their lives, to risk his own in order to save them. Doss shows an abundance of strength proving that he is a hero. Some might say that Desmond Doss isn't a hero because he went against what is usually normal for the army. People might also say since he never carried a weapon so he was rebelling. But Desmond was not rebeling, he was goung with his beliefs and following his heart.
Heroes are courageous people who risk their lives or have changed the world. Everyone has a hero who has done something memorable or daring. In The Odyssey, by Homer, Odysseus portrays all of the qualities of a hero. Odysseus is a hero because he shows great intellect, an enormous amount of strength, and tons of courage.
Do you ever think on what it is like in the military for those with religious beliefs? This is the story of one, Desmond T. Doss and how he was a hero to stand up for what he believed in in the military. Desmond Doss was a hero because he fought in the military without the use of a weapon and went into battle with nothing but a bible and a first aid kit, stood up for what he believed in, and undergo beatings, and cruel tauntings because he wanted to serve his country. Desmond Doss was born in Virginia and blessed with William and Bertha Doss with two other siblings.
Tales are told about Santa Claus’s elf gone rogue. This elf wasn’t a very nice elf that you may come to love. Desmond was his name, he was a devious little man. Desmond was the elf that created nasty gifts for those that were put on Santa’s naughty list. A hero for him is to be celebrated most likely because he has brought a great wave of joy to his people. Heroes often sacrifice their own personal concerns for a greater good. There are modern day heroes as well as ancient ones.
