In any organization, effective management is difficult to achieve and maintain. Therefore, analyzing an organization from numerous levels of perspectives allows people to recognize the issues and establish a solution. This paper will discuss the four frames of leadership analysis. The study used in class was by Bolmand and Deal’s framework, which examined individual’s leadership skills. The multi-frame leadership of analysis, provided levels of leadership based off distinctive scoring. After the completion of (Frame of leadership analysis), studies reflect my personal leadership effectiveness. The findings showed my strongest qualities of leadership skills were in structural framework and human resource. According to my self-assessment results, I scored the highest in structural framework leadership. In essence, my leadership styles are based off implementation, strategy, environment, and adaptation. Human resource leadership, stresses the importance of interpersonal relationships, that emphasis a significant amount of coaching and motivations. I believe leaders should inspire and cultivate a team that work together to achieve potential goals and deadlines. These qualities help the leader to focus on individual people strength and weakness. As a leader, human resource framework is just as important as being structural. In my opinion, in order to run a successful organization people must feel valued, wanted, respected, heard, and challenged. It is evident, that a leader share vision by inspiring those around them.
