Likewise, a leader has notable characteristics and uniqueness that an ordinary follower do not have (Sanders T.J., Davey K.S., 2010). Whereby, in the area of management, three important skills must suffice the technical, conceptual and the human skills, which define the administrator in handling responsibilities to achieve certain objectives. The technical skill involves expertise in methods and strategies. The leader appeals to the emotions of those subrogate to him whilst the manager focuses more on the technical aspect of the job. They are consistent in their commitment to uphold the integrity of the companies they are working for and flexible in the methods of solving corporate dilemma. Genuine leaders hold themselves accountable in administering the proper protocol that will lead to positive results for the company. They also know how to look beyond the situation and dig deeper as to the very cause of a particular issue and immediately resolve the problem. Acquiring excellent leadership skills require regular and high standard of trainings that embodies ethical and moral principles. The use of reading resources, multi-media and visual aids during corporate meets help explain the value of leadership and management. Acquisition of a high standard of leadership and management skills increases the motivational factor of the employees, the openness to change and improvements, enhancement of managerial decisions, the development of teamwork and the growth of the employees in terms of skill, performance, character and attitude (Tannenbaum R., Schmidt W.H., 1973). The process of strengthening these qualities do not just happen overtime and it usually takes a
