Distractions: A Big Issue In Today's Time

We live in a day and age where there are so many distractions it’s hard to keep count. There is always something making noise like your family talking and playing in the house or your dogs that alert you when a squirrel is to close to the porch. We get so distracted by things and it’s one right after another, we lose track of our ultimate goal.

Distractions are a big issue in today’s time. You have this little box that always seems to follow you around and tempt you with checking it every two minuets to see if there’s something new on social media, or one of your friends texted you. It is so easy to get distracted when your distraction is right in your pocket or sitting right next to you. I’m the worst when it comes to writing papers and not getting distracted, I am the true definition of procrastination. When you take just 30 minuets to sit down and just work on something you will be amazed at what you can get done without all the distractions.
Distractions are everywhere, focus on one thing at a time, and don’t let your mind go to a million places. There are 24 hours in a day, if you take a couple of those hours to disconnect from all the distractions and use that time to get the things you need done finished that’s not so bad right? I mean it’s not like it’s going to be taking your sleeping time away so we are all good right? Concentrate on one thing at a time like homework or little projects around the house and you will be done in no time.

I maintain my focus by setting goals for myself. I do not stop until I have reached my goal so the more I get distracted the longer I have to work on my project which means it takes me longer to complete. I’m not the best at it but when you keep to your goals and strive to do the best in everything you’ll appreciate the outcome even
