What does diversity mean in the workplace? Diversity is a value that many companies respect and appreciate. These aspects that they respect and appreciate are things like age, education, culture, experience, gender, race, ect. When these things are in effect, the workplace can be much smoother and the company will be able to achieve all goals that are needed.
