Many of the people looking out for a CRM solution has a few similar questions. These includes the queries related to the features of the CRM. There are numerous CRM in the market, both open source as well as paid ones, but i usually recommend Microsoft Dynamics 365 which is a popular CRM. But the customers are not clear whether the CRM offers project management features too? Or is it possible to manage multiple resources that are allocated to the project directly from Dynamics CRM? Thus it is clear that most of the customers that are looking out for a CRM system also require Project management capabilities.
Dynamics CRM provides order management and sales management system along with invoicing too. But it would have been much better if it could also include project management as well. Microsoft listened to these requirements of the customers and introduced Dynamics 365 to solve this issue. With this software Microsoft aims at providing a system which is a complete business solution for all the business needs and which is completely dynamic to be used in any sort of industry. Customer Service, Marketing and Sales are now included int the Dynamics 365 as apps. These apps contain a lot more functionalities as compared to the CRM system and Microsoft has also included a Project service app with Dynamics 365.

It can be any sort of projects such as IT company projects, manufacturing projects, distribution projects etc. It involves features of management of project resources, contract, costs, budgeting, deadline management and project management.
