My philosophy of early childhood education relates to an educational theory that emphasizes hands - on activity- based teaching and learning during which children develop their own frames of thoughts. I believe constructivism is an active technique stilled used today. This technique involves a variety of different learning activities for children to engage in the world of discovery. These principals will also help children develop their own thinking frame of mind. It will encourage the development of critical thinking in the hope that it would help them to understand the big picture of an ideal with regards to mastery of factual information. These important principles can develop early in life, and I know that this will help guide young children in the right direction. Additionally, I believe early childhood education focus on a personalized way learners internalizes, shapes or transforms information to learn. Understanding the result of the children’s cognitive structure allows early childhood educators to assess and enhance their teaching skills to make it reference to children. Its curriculum invites such transformation throughout its content, fostering cooperation from parents. In order for young children to develop and learn optimally, the early childhood professionals must be prepared to meet their needs. Yes, the challenge of how best to respond to these needs may be difficult. But, if an early childhood educational program does not it may further complicate or intimidate the lives of the children and their family.
