The most effective type of leader is the one willing to put his/her dirt in the mess with everyone else, meaning outward action instead of leading by a silent example. The reason why leading with outward action tends to be more successful is because, a leader is can never be silent. A leader has to be with his/ her group and direct them with confidence and do the task with them as well. A silent leader on the other hand, doesn’t show much confidence in themselves or in their instructions. I consider myself to be an outward leader in my school, community, and family.
