Every day I hear about how hackers target unknowing people in simple avoidable online scams. When I attend college my focus of study will be IT Management in the Business field. As a member of my school's National Honor Society I must show and uphold its four pillars; scholarship, leadership, community service, and character. It is a duty to be involved in community and help others in need. Whether it's a service project I’m doing in school or going out to churches or other community events I’m always willing to help. In my church I have been involved in several ministries. First I started in Sunday school, than youth choir until I fully became involved in the youth ministries. I also take part in the culinary ministry where I help cook on every 4th Sunday and also I volunteer in my church's children’s group the Ethel G. Harvey Angels. In school I am an honors student and have been since the 9th grade. Every quarter of my high school career I have been on honor roll. For the past three years I have been a part of my school's Student Government. I currently have two certifications that correspond with my career choice and my church honored me with the 2016 youth of the year
