Assume you are working for a company that provides cloud-based services. Your manager asks you to design a system that captures certain targeted pieces of information from in-coming customer data. This data will be used to improve their cloud-based services by understanding how its customers use the cloud service, what type of data is being stored, and if it is primarily personal or business data. 1) What ethical concerns can you identify? As a professional, we have rights that allow us to access the customer data using our system. What we do with the collected data is described to us as the part of our duty.
