Recovery management: These sessions convene weekly for a duration of two hours. During these sessions, clients craft their customized Recovery Care Plan, designed to support them as they transition from treatment and embark on their journey towards sustained recovery and liberation. The Karen Community Recovery Program: Provided by M Health Fairview, represents the inaugural culturally tailored substance use disorder treatment program for Karen individuals in the United States. Developed in collaboration with the Karen Organization of Minnesota (KOM), this program offers addiction treatment tailored to the Karen community's cultural needs, alongside peer recovery support from within the Karen community.
