The words “freedom and peace” sounds like a utopia to many people, however, destruction can be in disguise among it. Eric Hoffer once said that “propaganda does not deceive people; it merely helps them to deceive themselves.” Much like a united utopia that has potential destruction, the idea of propaganda can motivate some people to bring that same eradication. According to George Orwell’s novella, Animal Farm, the dictator, Napoleon, brainwashes the other animals on the farm with lies about how their lives are perfect for happiness, unity, and freedom. Nonetheless, the animals are getting the wool pulled over their eyes with their irrational reasonings effortlessly because since they are uneducated, they are not very ethical and are unaware that Napoleon’s and Mr. Jones’s way of management are very identical. …show more content…

People in society are the ones that internally decide the way that they personally intake, interpret or retain news and they then ethically acknowledge the message announced to them. An example is the Holocaust and how Germans were told by Adolf Hitler that the Jews were taking away German careers, which started a big war.
