Don’t get me started on smoking.
Good morning ladies and gentlemen,
Every day smokers lose an average of one hour a day?
Let me start off with the positive aspects of smoking. First smoking relieves your stress for 5-7 minutes. Also, it improves your reaction time by 4-5 minutes. Lastly, it makes your concentration better. Without cigarettes, people will be stressed. However is £8 of cigarettes worth for 5-7 minutes of relief?
Despite these positive reasons, smoking is one of the leading causes of death. Smoking can increase the risk of cancer, heart diseases, lung cancer and bronchitis. In my opinion, smoking should be banned because most of the people who smoke have families who love them. Would you want one of your family members to die early?
I can’t stand smoking. Not only does smoking affect the person who is smoking but it affects the people around them. Many kids who aspire to become footballers can’t because smokers pollute the air which the children inhale. Smokers think it only affects them, but they are wrong, 25% of smoking pollution goes in their lungs and the remaining 75% goes into the air - which we breathe in!
Also, if you’re pregnant there’s a chance of having a miscarriage or the baby could be born with disabilities. When a pregnant woman smokes their child breathes the same air. How could you do this to your child? What …show more content…
