The main objectivities for the organization are to sell and service Australian hardware products in every state of Australia. To increase profit margin by 5% in the next five years and to be established the Australian Hardware brand recognition in key markets for next five years. b. To sell and service every state in Australia we will have to open up more stores. c. To increase the profit margins we will have to beat our companion and get better whole prices so we can increase profit.
