If I were to change one thing in my community, I would change the school lunches, because they taste horrendous, and they need to be healthier. First, the lunches should not be processed foods because those use a lot of chemicals that are harmful to the body. Some examples of processed foods are foods that come pre made or from a box or a can. Processed foods usually contain more con syrup and sugars, usually addicting and can make you gain weight,contains many artificial ingredients, high in carbohydrates, and uses lots of oils that are usually processed as well.

I say my school should not change the school menu. I find it will not benefit anything with schools changing the menu it would actually make the school go down. Although it would have students eating healthier. there are also some problems with the school changing the menu.

Kids who bring lunch would not even care that the menu has changed. If kids do not like the new menu and started to bring lunch, the school would lose money. If kids started bringing lunch from home, the food would be unhealthy anyways.
In some schools some principals superintendents have made a decision to opt out of the Healthy choice foods and make there own semi-healthy foods that kids like.
