Cyberbullying could have a big decrease if there was someone watching over the internet. A lot of crimes to are sent over some type of social media, kidnapping is a part of social media. Someone can even steal your identity over the internet. The internet is a real dangerous place where bad things can happen and will happen till someone put a stop to it. The internet is so easy to get now a days you can go to the library and get on the internet or you can go to a Starbucks or a mc Donald's and you have your hands on internet.
