Another thing that makes CSS are the employees they are always finding ways to innovate and improve their workplace and what better way than hiring new people to talk to while you have a little free time on those busy days. Because the growth is also very important so that you don’t run out of people to support customers in need. CSS is such a demanded job around the Globe the occupation is always looking for newcomers to join along according to BLS there will be a 12% employment increase between 2014 to 2024 which isn’t that far away, it is also the fastest growing occupation with a growing amount of employees BLS projects 88,800 new jobs in the industry that already has over 766,900 professionals. Compared to every other IT job CSS is ranked the 8th for the best technology job, 23rd in the best STEM job, 60th in the best 100 jobs stated by the U.S

After taking time to do a little more research I realized it’s not just a degree that you’re getting from college, but it’s the training, knowledge, and experience that the employers are looking for, not just the fact that someone is qualified with certain skills. So going to the college can either be a setback for me being able to jump straight in or it can be a place that I gain a few more skills and to sharpen the skills that I have now it will also allow me a chance to network with other people that might be able to show me some other skills that could help me in the future. Because I like to hear people’s problems and give them honest advice, so I will take those skills to fuel my passion once I get the job and I am able to patiently listen to the people that aren’t familiar with the hardware and software.
