Through this winter session in this class, I have learned a lot reaching the goal of becoming a leader and challenge in leadership is not easy because people are not born to become a leader have to put yourself to the test of develop the leadership skill and work your way out. It’s really surprises me! In order to become a successful leader, you must be able to define yourself and valued. I never put myself in a positon of being someone leader or to lead group and individual. When I took the leadership questionnaire, I was placed in the team leadership with strong skill in leading and motivate in task. When the result come out I couldn’t believe it because I’m not strong enough and to be a good leader. In my past experience not so good in communicate skill and always focus on what I need to do and move in forward. There are many opportunities to learn and use leadership skill style to become a great leader and be the best you can be just believing in yourself. I give fully respect and trust with everyone that I meet in my life, personal value is very important to me. Personal valve increases you to work more effective with other people by leading a positive role rather than a negative role. Its allow you to have the opportunities to reflect on your need, desires, and what you value the most in life. Having personal values in a working area give you a chance to make better decision and making guideline help you build a connect with your employee. I always treat people the same way that they want to be treat. You don’t anybody to miss treat or disrespect you.
