The analysis As we can see in the results most of my scores from the four different assessments are consistent. I found a strong correlation between MBIT and FIRO-B. As an INTJ, I orient my thinking towards a wider perspective of the outer world, and the FIRO-B indicates I am most likely to express control. Together, these results suggest that I can be rational and decisive at the moment of taking leadership. As an introvert I can be intimidated by big crows, and conducting big meetings or events can be exhaustive. For being an introvert I have high interpersonal needs, specially wanted inclusion. Judging: Detail oriented, high organizational skills. Now that I am self-aware, I will work on blending my strengths with the other domains and aspects of the models. Again, most of my preferences are on the slight spectrum which gives me the ability to curb my behavior, sometimes modify it depending on the context of the situation. The more often I work on these behaviors, the easier will be to incorporate into my daily routine. One of my new goals is to be more assertive, from now on I am going to put in balance my needs and other people’s needs. I have to use more the competing behavior from TKI, which means leaving the introversion on the side, be more outspoken, and defending more my ideas.
