Therefore, when the opportunity for me to become the president of a student organization arose, I was filled with fear and doubt. The thought terrified me, and I began overthinking the situation and being overly critical of myself. I remember my first official meeting as president, with everyone eagerly waiting to hear the activities I had planned for the school year. Despite my initial nervousness and my apprehension during subsequent organization meetings, I gradually overcame those fears, embraced my role as a leader, and strived to be the best I could be. As an introvert with constant social anxieties, I realized that being a good leader was not contingent upon being outspoken or extroverted. Instead, I discovered that my actions and dedication could speak volumes without the need for exaggerated displays. This experience taught me a valuable lesson about leadership, self-perception, and the power of action.
