Introduction The issue of multicultural education does not focus on a specific singular education but deals with many and complex diversity. Such aspects include ethnicity, race, language use, religion, sexual orientation, social class and gender. This biasness includes issues to do with sexism, racism and social class since it makes the educational level improve beyond the current standards. Multicultural education will enable the education level to improve giving educators’ time to enjoy their work a factor that improves their output. The issues of difference in privilege and power in schools are dealt with properly when multicultural education is implemented. This is because culture has been seen as a great factor that influences the learning of students while still in schools. As an educator I will be able to understand that the students under my care come from different backgrounds and their learning preferences might differ.
