GMO Labeling would be a good thing because it will give the advantage to the people who will have the choice to eat or not. So Campbell soup started adding labels to their foods. The good cause of GMO labeling is people will have a choice to eat foods with gmo’s or natural (Strom). This could affect their sales but it’s a good step for many other food companies change their foods labeling. People will see all the chemicals the gmo’s have the sales will go down and they will change to natural foods (Sevcik). Another reason why GMO labeling is a good cause because fast food joints sales will decrease and will have to rely on more natural foods for sales to increase. Just like Kraft and Campbell’s soup added labeling their sales stayed the same and gain the trust of their customers, because they are sure aren’t eating chemicals. The labeling can make a hug difference because most people would buy food that says “no chemicals added” (storm). Also many will say GMO’s aren’t bed because the FDA approves it, but many times they pass very dangerous and it could damage your insides. But if the United States ban the modification of foods the health issues could be flipped around, just like Russia and many other smaller countries. Other may say that organic food is more expensive and people would not pay the price (Arnerson). But if all food becomes natural the price will balance and it will be just as a normal food.
