Galliford Try plc is a house-building and construction group. House-building division of the company develops private and affordable homes and construction division involves in building infrastructure for public, regulated and private sectors. The size of the company has been increasing based on revenue, total assets and profit before tax. The company posted 31 per cent increase in revenue in their financial statements for the year ended on 30 June 2015. Profit before tax of the company was £114 million in 2015, which is 20 per cent higher than the pre-tax income of the year 2014. Besides, total assets of the company was £2.09 billion at the end of 2015 which is 28 per cent higher than previous year’s total assets of £1.63 billion. Galliford Try is financed by both equity and debt. It has £181.9 million outstanding long-term loans. On the other hand, it has 82.3 million ordinary shares with the nominal value of 50 pence per share. Total equity attributable to the owners of the company is £569.2
