venn diagram completed Week 5 Research what cities are having the biggest problem with Graffiti Graffiti started to hit New York in the 1970’s. It wasn’t really noticeable at first, but then it became common to see Graffiti. There was a movement to fix and make clean of all of the subway cars in the subway, this made Graffiti artists have to result to different things, and find other places to express themselves. Graffiti artists started to paint on rooftops of buildings, or on walls. In Washington there is Graffiti of course, but there are also gang symbols on stop signs in Spokane, Washington. The first known gang in Salem, Oregon made Graffiti on walls of their leader. The earliest Graffiti recorded was as early as in the 1920’s in box cars of a train. In California, there is Graffiti on lots of signs going towards the ocean, there are also new spots of Graffiti noticeable almost every day. Large cities like Portland, Oregon and Nashville, Tennessee are noticing a large increase in the amount of Graffiti. Major cities all around the world are getting Graffiti Plan (What I plan to do?
