World War ll had many violent, destructive, and traumatizing events leading to it. One of these were The Great Depression. The United States Great Depression affected the economies of the world; stimulating a great depression in germany. Since Germany lost the war, they had consequences they needed to pay.
The Treaty of Versailles ended World War 1 between Germany and the Allied Powers. Since Germany lost their battle, they were forced to pay for all the damages. Germany had borrowed 33 billion dollars from the United States to makeup for the destruction.They had to give up land to France because they lost their battle. The land that was taken from Germany was to create new countries.The new countries created were Czechoslovakia and Poland …show more content…

For that spot, they all had to fight against the people and groups who denied all of their requests. There was a dictator in Italy, Russia, and Germany.These dictators are Mussolini, Joseph Stalin, and Hitler. Mussolini is the dictator of Italy. He decided that he wanted to become a modern Caesar and re-create the Roman empire. In 1919, Mussolini forged the Fascist Movement and became the prime minister in 1922. His feat through Libya, Somalia, Ethiopia, and Albania, made italy the strongest in the region even though it tired his armed forces by 1930. Later, Mussolini came together with Hitler so Hitler could help him with his leadership during World War ll, but later was killed in 1945. Hitler had joined a group called Germans Workers Party which later than was changed to National Socialist German Workers Party, Nazi for short. Hitler was then voted to become chairman in 1921, taking control of the Nazis. 1932 Hitler has lost his election to become president, but then became chancellor after the parliamentary elections failed. Hitler then made a law called The Enabling Act. This Act allowed Hitler wanting to institute legislations without the parliamentary consent. The last dictator is Joseph Stalin. Joseph Stalin was the dictator of Russia. After WW1 communist took control of Russia. The first leader was Lenin, and after he had past away, there was a huge difficulty deciding who was going to become next leader.
