In the article Growth Mindset by Carol Dweck, the author claims what Growth Mindset really means and what tools are available for it as well as how having a Growth Mindset can help is once teenagers students are in college. The author discusses how a Growth Mindset can be beneficial for young students and also those who are trying to develop their intelligence and knowledge and we we must do to improve upon. The Author Carol Dweck claims that students tend to have a high growth mindset tend to do better and get an easier road off to college since they are always trying and working hard with sweat and effort in order to overcome and obstacles and barriers in college than people who don't have a growth mindset. Want to hide learning gaps from them? Just tell them, “Everyone is smart!” The growth mindset was intended to help close achievement gaps, not hide them” (Dweck 3). This is important to consider because every student is smart in their very own way and every single person can try as hard as anyone else it is never impossible is is a fair chance for everyone and a great possibility. The relevance of this structure is for every student to see and seek a better learning and a much better possibility to continue on with college life because not everything that we want is easy the path to it is very difficult but if you just try hard enough with grit, hard work, and perseverance by staying humble everyone can achieve
