The author discusses how a Growth Mindset can be beneficial for young students and also those who are trying to develop their intelligence and knowledge and we we must do to improve upon. This is important to consider because every student is smart in their very own way and every single person can try as hard as anyone else it is never impossible is is a fair chance for everyone and a great possibility. The relevance of this structure is for every student to see and seek a better learning and a much better possibility to continue on with college life because not everything that we want is easy the path to it is very difficult but if you just try hard enough with grit, hard work, and perseverance by staying humble everyone can achieve
