Good Evening Mr. President first of all I would like to thank you for picking me as your special advisor for the democratic party. Currently in the United States there are countless amounts of issues taking place but, the most important at the moment is the issue on crime and gun violence. Gun violence is a very heavy topic to talk on and there will be numerous people who would love to hear restriction put on guns and then there will be some who would hate gun restriction laws. I have recently read a book by Chris Matthews called Hardball: How Politics Is Played Told By One Who Knows The Game. In this book, Mathews gives several political tips which can help you gain support from the American people on the issue of crime and gun violence. After reading Mr. Matthews book, I wrote down some of the best tips and techniques which will help you obtain support from citizens and other politicians. Not a lot of politicians and citizens like the idea of gun restriction laws, because citizens want to have some sort of protection that can help them feel safe. If you respect a certain group of people or politicians who oppose gun restriction laws they may also show respect and commit to help come into some sort of conclusion that helps both
