I can confirm that Nicole Taylor records and produces minutes of meetings on a weekly basis to a significantly high standard, as Nicole has the role of secretary for the meeting that is held every Monday morning internally for all employees within the organisation, In this meeting the company discusses on agendas such as financials for the current month, highlights that have happened recently such as deals made and all AOB’s are discussed in this meeting. The minutes Nicole produces always has excellent grammar and punctuation which demonstrate the professionalism of the organisation, she uses the correct language for each minute and in some cases it is suitable to bullet point minutes when there are various minutes for one specific topic on the agenda, this makes it easier for employees to read and reflect on when following on from actioning the agreements.
