I am writing to express a sincere interest in the Principal positions you have in Williamsburg County School District. When I researched the Williamsburg County School District Website, I saw a need for certified administrators. I would like to apply for this position. I have received a Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Education with Specialization in Administration and Management over Educational Programs. I also have a post Baccalaureate Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Music Vocal Performance. Additionally I am a Doctoral student at Grand Canyon University. My program of study is Doctoral of Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis on K-12 Education. Conversely, I have successfully completed one year of course work.

Paul Elementary School. I was promoted to principal in 2015 after serving as Assistant Principal/Dean of Students at Scott’s Branch Middle High School for nine years. While at Scott’s Branch Middle/High School, I serve in several leadership roles. I served as the Assistant Principal/Dean of Students, District’s Fine Arts Coordinator, High Schools at Work Coordinator, Secondary School Testing Coordinator, State Report Card Coordinator and After-School Tutorial Coordinator. I assisted the Principal of the school by monitoring activities, maintaining discipline inside the school’s campus and managing day-to-day operations. In the absence of the principal, I took on the responsibility of administrating numerous operations of Scott’s Branch Middle/High School. I also observe, evaluated and recorded my observations of the teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students using the state department of education SAFE-T/ADEPT Evaluation tool and the district’s instrument.
