PER REPORTER: There are concerns about Carrie being molested and both children being mistreated. The family was evicted. They have no where to live. In the past month - two months, they moved with the grandmother. They just live at her address at this time. It's unknown why they were evicted. From what the reporter was told, dad's family members believe Rozella son's (William) is molesting Carrie. When they were in their own home, Carrie would wake up and wet the bed. At the grandmother's house, it's a different environment. Someone is always watching her. They said she is doing better but when Rozella is around, she doesn't talk. Both children are withdrawn and won't talk. They act like they're scared when dad and Rozella are around. Per reporter, …show more content…

Reporter believes there were problems before with the children being mistreated byRozella. It was stated that she put her hands on the children by whipping and spanking them. This was a couple of years ago. It wasn't reported. It's unknown if they had marks or bruises. The reporter wasn't there. Rozella woud also yell and downgrade them. There was an incident when Rozella took William's phone and threw it out the door; she broke it. Rozella doesn't work. Per reporter, someone has to be there to see it. They act like they are church going people. Mom said she doesn't want the children to be punished and beaten for mom calling a report in. Rozella acts like an evil step-mother. She makes dad's children clean the house, cook meals, and do stuff little children aren't suppose to do. Rozella's children are treated different. They sleep in the bed while dad's children sleep on the floor. Dad's children wash all the clothes and hers don't. Mom hasn't been able to discuss the concerns with them. They won't answer the phone.
