Once I graduate from the Haskayne School of Business (HSB), I hope to have a new and refined understanding of the way the world works. I hope to be an influential individual with strengthened strategies of problem-solving, networking and working efficiently. Developing qualities as such will allow me to gain a strong understanding of the business world and assist me in reaching overall success in my life.

One of which is my management of time as multiple deadlines approach. I believe at times when there are multiple deadlines, I succumb to a state where I am unable to work as effectively as I could because I am too focused on the next deadline. This state of mind also affects one more one of my weaknesses which is stress management. Improving my time and stress management will allow me to efficiently complete tasks. My writing skills need to be improved as well because as a business student, I will be writing numerous reports in University and in the workplace after I graduate. I believe that my time in the HSB will support the development of my writing skills. At times, I also lack confidence in the work I produce. Improving my confidence is essential because as a professional in the workplace, I must be confident in the work I produce. Lastly, occasionally I struggle to efficiently study. I tend to get distracted while working which leads to inefficient work. I believe that my weaknesses may affect reaching my vision, but my time in the HSB will help me overcome and persevere through
