Huffman Trucking Company was founded by Chriss Huffman in 1998. Since the beginning, Huffman Trucking company has had the mission to be a profitable, competitive, and adaptive company that strives to be the best in the industry not only for stockholders, but also for employees, customers, and stakeholders. Over the past couple of years Huffman Trucking company’s culture has declined and employee morale seems to have decreased as well.
