Recruitment is the procedure of having the right person, in the right place, at the right time or it is a procedure of recognizing that the association needs to employ somebody up to the time when application forms for the post have landed at the association. Determination then comprises of the procedures required in choosing candidates a reasonable possibility to fill a post.
