All those people who have knowledge about the ancient history will definitely agree that the life of the earlier people was no doubt more lively and serene. In a time without cell phone, computer, anxiety, depression life was peaceful. The population was less and so was healthy because people had the time for themselves. A common man was more connected to the environment. Life expectancy was quite high as compared to modern times. There lies a big reason behind this. Although the modern man has more facilities and options to live a good life, things are working in a negative way. The modern youth is full of anxiety and restlessness. He does not even have the time to introspect. He is always running right from the day one of his school life. He is always under the burden of school, college, worried about his job and career. In this huge rush, there is no peace. This is affecting his health badly. In the mid of whole of this darkness yoga arises as a small light .Yoga plays a key role in improving physical fitness and emotional balance of a person. It increases self confidence and attention.
