In the book Crash by Jerry Spinelli, a hard-headed middle school football player named, Crash and his best friend Mike cannot stop picking on his neighbor, Penn Webb, making his life miserable. Penn is an easy target for crash since he is a dweeby vegetarian who does not believe in violence. This story takes place in the lovely and peaceful suburb of Pennsylvania where all was calm. When Penn moves next door to Crash he was trying to become friends with his new neighbor yet Crash only saw him as a target and not a friend. While reading this, the book makes you hope crash will realize what he is doing is wrong.

In the novel, Crash, written by Jerry Spinelli, there is a boy named Crash, who always wants to win and get attention as same as other teenagers.

They are many foreshadowing in the beginning of the film. The author has little things in the beginning of the film that set up major parts of the film at the end. For example, when Jack is told that the previous owner of the hotel went absolutely mental at the start of the movie. Firstly, it is revealed that the hotel has a dark past filled with evil and murder. Then later in the film, you can tell that Jack is on the verge of losing it when Wendy visits him in his office and Jack yells at her and tells her never to interrupt him again.

In the book, the mother of a daughter severely injured had to come to a place of surrendering her daughter to Jesus, whether she lived or died. In all the years of fighting for Miranda to live, I never surrender her life to Jesus at the level of letting go completely– even if she died.
The problem that is investigated in the two problems is to see if they change the words they use to describe a car crash, will the people who watched the crash think the car went faster based on the words used to describe it. And also, will they think glass shattered because of the words that were used.
