The Winter Collection is a series of pictures that were put out around the world to help people in first world countries realize that not everyone is as privileged to have outfits for every season. The publishers also want viewers to think about what comes with not being able to find clothing. The ad was published on April 16, 2011 and was published by New Ark Mission of India. The founder is Auto Raja, one Indian man that was born into poverty. The ad and its publishers use the Ethos, Pathos, and Logos methods to make the viewer pay attention to the ads meaning. The space they has was owned by the founder and was a five foot by six foot passage outside of his house. In the passage, Raja would bath and shave the people who didn’t have the physically ability or access to clean water. Since the New Ark Mission of India has begun, their websites mission statement has been to “rescuing and rehabilitating the deserted and the dying people from the street.” The New Ark Mission of India have several documentaries such as the “Home of Hope”. The Home of Hope was a house built on a half an acre plot of land in the village, Doddagubbi, on the outskirts of Bangalore. The land was donated by the Indian Campus Crusade for Christ. From the time in 1998, the construction of the Home of Hope began. The documentary is about their rescue mission in India. During this mission, they spend four years, 2003 to 2007, helping the workers of the Home of Hope maintain the facility. During the documentary, the people are shown during their recovery and rehabilitation process. At the time of the documentary, the Home of Hope was a 3,300 square-foot building that holds over 150 people that have no place to stay.
