Communication team
As the current communications manager for the company, I have made observations regarding the existing web communications system. It is important for the communication team to make improvements in the system. I, therefore, would like to highlight some of the procedures and process that we include in our system to make it much better and effective in communication. After the implementation of the procedures, the system will experience a lot of changes such as when posting videos about our products and services, the post should be reviewed by the editing team first before its gets to the customers.

The move to maintain constant checks on the system’s accessibility will enable quick and effective access to our customers (Coombs.2014). Customers will be able to access any information regarding our products without the need to contact us. It is therefore important that our IT team keeps the system running properly since the company cannot avoid making communication through the Wikis and the social media sites.
3. Corporate credibility
Through web communication, our company’s credibility has been defined through the various social media sites, blogs, and websites. The 24 hours per day operation keeps the company activities running and customer satisfaction and trust at peak. For customers who expect such online presence, they feel satisfied with our systems as it shows our strong leadership attributes and communication efficiency (Camarero & San José.2016). We, therefore, urge our employees to trust the current system as we focus on finding changes that are in line with the credibility of the company.

Ethical considerations
It is expected that all our employees take serious concerns regarding what they post online. The online presence is treated same as the work environment, and thus the procedures and processes such as ethical considerations must be followed. Information seen by the customers should be both ethical and professional (Austin & Pinkleton.2015).
Various devices
The company has various devices that can be used to send or information. We will ensure that communication done will reach all employees and can be read through the available devices for efficiency and convenience. No problems are therefore anticipated in the system.
6. Online help
For any employees experiencing problems following the steps of the process, the company provides an online help portal where the procedures are highlighted in detail. Any questions that may arise are easily answered with just a few clicks of the mouse. It is, therefore, no need to contact the company in case of any issues related to the set procedures.
