Communication is a crucial aspect of our everyday life. Many of us people till today still lack on the ability to communicate effectively within the interpersonal relationships. Effective communication happens only through cooperation and good teamwork. Through interaction one can acquire interpersonal relationship which is called interpersonal communications. To build this relationship we first have to understand each other 's emotions. For example workers and cell leader should always know their spectators. To get the message across Managers should have all the right tools necessaries like from email, office bulletin board. Regardless of how they chose to portray the message effective communication is always important.

Have more of a get together sessions outside of the office where they are expose to different people and they tend to adjust to the environment and the culture. From Dave side he could also learn their culture from books or internet so he will be more knowledgeable and able to communicate with them in their common interest and have some mini celebrations in their office during Chinese festive seasons. These are few things Dave would do to make them feel at home.
Another common and important barrier is Perceptual Barrier which deals with different opinions and thoughts vary between two people. The main cause of this is due to Differing life experiences, values and interest which may put a stop to two employees from perceiving an event the same way.
