Today's young professionals are the future's global leaders.

Coming from developing countries, young professionals like myself greatly benefit from the experiential learning in USA's globally competitive industries which mutually benefits our home countries. Indeed, the J-1 Intern program is a powerful platform for international education and economic cooperation.

I hope my training under seasoned managers with diverse backgrounds will endow me with significant leadership skills such as strategic and critical thinking. Learning how to assess situations towards good decision-making and pursuance of excellence will develop me into a dynamic and adaptable leader in my field. Exchange programs stress emphasis on how we view the community of nations and their interrelatedness. Groundbreaking success with initiatives by partner nations are best initiated by global leaders with international experiences like us J-1 interns.

Companies pool innovative ideas from young minds. I trust that my internship will make triple victory possible for myself, my host company, and country as I flourish into a broad-visioned leader with passion for innovation. Through personality and emotional intelligence development, I shall emerge prepared and confident as a budding leader in an industry where diversity is valued, and where the rich mixture of human resources will lead the team to success. In my country, biases and prejudices still loom over employment. I will definitely advocate Equal Opportunity Employment when I come home. Mastering the art of open communication and diplomacy in the workplace; I will expand my professional network, build corporate relationships and lasting
