James Patterson is a famous author of suspense thrillers, he holds the Guinness world record for the most number #1New York Times bestsellers of any author and he is best known for his character, Alex Cross, Women’s murder club and his Michael Bennett series. James Patterson has recently branched out into books for kids. Patterson does a lot of charity work and gives donations to different organizations to promote reading for young people. James Patterson is a passionate author and writer of suspense and thrillers who also does charity and promotes reading to adults and adolescents. James Patterson was born on March 22, 1947 in Newburgh, New York. He attended Manhattan College and Vanderbilt University where he studied English.
