With an estimate of $1.1 billion, 70% of this was spent on athlete endorsements every year for the past years. The one who’s in the lead when it comes to athlete endorsements is Tiger Woods. He’s proclaimed to have earned an immense amount of income with an annual earnings $65 million just by endorsement only. Woods signed agreements with various high-end brands such as Rolex, Fuse Science, Upper Deck, Kowa and NetJets. He also made a long-term contract with Nike, which is responsible for his golf clubs, shoes, and apparel.
