On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.
When the child told the adult neighbor what happened, she called Mrs. Bryant; Mrs. Bryant told the neighbor she didn’t have time for that and hung the phone up. The reporter stated Lakirah called her grand father and he came to pick her up. Ms. Cullop stated that Lakirah stayed with her grandfather for the night and when her mother got off this morning she went to pick the child up. The reporter stated when the child and her mother got home, Mrs. Bryant whipped her with the same strap and Mr. Bryant, punched her down stairs, and threw a metal trash can at her. Ms. Cullop stated law enforcement was called to the school to take the child’s statement and they have also taken pictures of Lakirah’s bruises.
10/29/2015 at approximately 1918 hours, this officer was dispatched to 207 Florida Avenue for a mother and daughter domestic. Both Denise and Shirley HAZLETT could be heard screaming while I was outside the home on the sidewalk. This altercation was occurring during Shenandoah Height's trick or treat event with numerous neighbors, parents and children walking around the home. I briefly spoke with several neighbors who were standing outside. They expressed thier concerns about Denise and Shirley HAZLETT.
Officer Perez reports being dispatched to a disturbance at 11 Langton. Perez arrived on scene and met with Ann Mcelroy that stated she lost her phone and found that 2 kids had possession of the phone and was able to get the phone returned to her. Mcelroy stated she wanted to make a report of her phones information had been erased and was concerned of any personal information that was possibly had been taking prior to her getting her phone back. Perez had Mcelroy complete a witness statement form.
I responded to 500 Trojan Way in reference to a harassing communications call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Amy Evans. Evans stated that her son(Richard Davis) baby mama keeps texting her phone, threatning her. Evans showed me the text messages which stated the offender(Queisha Carlton), was going to stab her son and slash the tires on his vehicle next time she seen him. Carlton also stated that she was going to bust every window out.
On April 26, 2017 members of the Metropolitan Police Department responded to United Medical Center to speak with the complainants Allen and Schatzman Complainant Allen reported to officers that she and Complainant Schatzman because of something that Complainant Allen posted on Facebook. Complainant Allen and Schatzman advised that they were punched about that face and body. Complainants Allen advised that the defendants were her neighbors Qyneshia and Francheska. On April 27, 2017 your affiant along with Detective Abdalla interviewed both complainants Allen and Schatzman at the Sixth District Station.
This supplement is a record of my actions in this investigation. On October 20, 2015, I was assigned this case to follow up. This investigation involves Mr. Kyree Dobyns a seventeen year old city resident. I contacted the Court Services Unit and spoke to Mr. Don Earlington.
On 04/14/17, at 4:30pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to the area of Carnation Drive and Blue Bonnett Drive on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog to a minor. I arrived at the location and was met by dog owner Christine Belcher and Blendon Township Police Department (BTPD) Detective Sergeant E. Moynihan. I asked what happen, Ms. Belcher stated that her daughter Daisha Decree were walking their Rottweiler name Bolt when victim Victor Schuetz asked to pet the dog, Ms. Decree give permission. Mr. V Schuetz started petting Bolt on the underside of his neck and move to the top of his head where he was bit.
Reporter stated the following: The child is not in DHS custody. We make medical and school decisions. I met the mom this summer at WIC. The mom and her three kids lived with us this summer. The mom then moved in with her boyfriend.
He indicated that he contacted a family member go to the family home until he arrived. Mr. Boyd reported that he contacted Child Protective Services regarding Annick being left home. He stated that it was determined to be unfounded
While in the background of the officer reading the juvenile file, seated behind Lani was her mother. Puffy red eyes since refusal of sleep, salty tears dripping down her face, with heavy sobs that echoed through the courtroom. The courtroom began to look at the blur with color. The misery this mother felt locked in her throat, also feeling as if nothing matters now. As the third offense was being read, Lani finally glimpses to see her mother, and in clear view she saw a heartbroken mother.
A complaint was filed with the City Marshall. Following the filed complaint, the City Marshall warned Chaplinsky about disturbing the public but Chaplinsky continued to speak despite being given a warning. The police officer returned to the scene and Chaplinsky started to act erratically
On 05/18/16 at 8:13pm, I was dispatched to S Richardson Ave and Fremont Ave on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and a male minor was holding the dog. I was able to place a leash on the dog and place it in the van. As I was about to leave the area, another male minor approached me and asked me if I had a dog. The male minor described the dog I just place in my van.
On August 3rd, 2015, at or about 1817 hours, I was dispatched to 1700 North Federal Highway, Hollywood Florida, in reference to assisting Officer Baluja (CCN 3432) to a suspicious incident. Upon arrival both officers made contact with Loukeesha Mckenzie, herein after reffered to as the arrestee. The arrestee believed that her 2 children were hit by a white vehicle which was located in the back alley of the Kenwood Lodge (above location). While conversing with the arrestee, she then changed her story stating that she believed that her children were actually in the back of box truck. I observed Officer Baluja check for the arresstees children; which yielded negative results.
I am writing this complaint about minors. Being a minor here at job corps really sucks because there really is nothing here at San Diego Job Corps that the minors can do. Minors should be able to have the same privileges as adults. It is very unfair that minors cannot leave and have to be stuck here on-center all the time.
