As one of the Big Four firms, KPMG has developed culture of professionalism and integrity supported by their ethics and compliance programs within the firm and member firms and have set forth their values over the years of practice.

The values of KPMG have been defined by the line, “Above all, We Act with Integrity”, which expresses what clients and the public should expect from them. The following are the values of KPMG:

Building a culture is a significant process for KMPG thus they promote it even before recruits are hired up until before post-employment of an individual.
