I am going to compare two organisations and how they operate. The organisations I have chosen are John Lewis and Oxfam.
What is an organisational chart?
1. Organizational Chart is a diagram that outlines the internal structure of an organization. It tells you how everyone is ranked, who is the top, what departments there are, how many roles there are in each departments and so on.
