There are many things that I love about Lehigh and that we have in common. To start, I admire Lehigh’s mission statement, with the goal to train students to focus on ethical, physical, social, and rigorous intellectual development. These are all important skills for students to develop, because they help to shape people into becoming well-rounded and prepare them for the work force. Besides developing the mind through education, Lehigh also encourages physical development. Maintaining physical balance is important, because being physically healthy maintains mental strength. We both also believe that students should be encouraged to continuously develop their communication, critical thinking, and ethical skills. There are a variety of research
